The Stream 1 server upgrade is completed.
We will be upgrading the internet connection on Stream 1 server from 10mbps to 100mbps. This will require a new ip address for all servers on this box.
We will email out the new ip address once we get the new ip address from the datacenter.

Update.
We got the packet loss to stop, we had to switch over to the data centers other dns server. We found out last night that there having a problem with the main Dns Server. So as of now we are not getting any packet loss
We are still getting lost packet on stream 1 and stream 2. We are working to fix the issue, as this issue started with a big ddos attack on data center last night. We are hoping this issue will be resolved soon!
"We will be performing maintenance on our core routers in Denver on May 1st, 12:00am-3am CST
We will be upgrading version of IOS to deal with recent performance issues we have been experiencing in Denver for past few weeks.
The routers might have to be rebooted during the maintenance window which may cause 5-10 minutes of network downtime"
Our Replacement DNS2 server is online. The new ip for NS2.rihosts.com is 208.82.115.103.
Also with our new dns2 server, we are running a backup Exim Server, which will collect email being send to the server, in case of a outage of the web server.

There is Currently a network outage at our ShoutCast Data Center. We have submitted a help ticket to the data center to find out how long the outage will be for.
We hope the network will be back up soon!
The Outage started around 3pm.
Update #1 from the data center "Currently there is a network issue with one of our upstream providers. It should be corrected within 15 minutes."
All Future outage information will be post threw our billing manger.
